Atlas Update – As of November 20, 2024
The AHA is pleased to announce that a couple of highly requested enhancements to the Atlas platform have been implemented as of November 20, 2024. Please see below for additional details.
1. Every task listed under “Tasks to Complete” will now have a Dismiss option which when selected will remove the task from the list of “Tasks to Complete” in the Dashboard. Users now also have the option to select “Dismiss All” to remove all task notifications from the Dashboard.
2. When “Dismiss All” is selected an additional pop-up notification will appear, requesting confirmation that you wish to dismiss all task notifications. Select Dismiss to confirm you wish to remove all task notifications from your “Tasks to Complete” or select “Cancel” if you do not wish to remove all task notifications and want to return to your Dashboard.
Atlas Updates Resources – As of October 22, 2024
To help you get acquainted with the upcoming enhancements to the Atlas platform, the AHA has created four quick video tutorials, a Reference Guide, and an FAQ, that will walk you through the major updates. Please find resource descriptions and direct links to each resource below:
1. How To Videos:
a. Find a Class & Training Center Search Tools – This video provides an overview of the updated Find a Class and Training Center Search tools, now including a Map View.
b. Main Navigation – This video highlights the new streamlined navigation menus in Atlas.
c. Private Training Sites – This video demonstrates how TCs can mark their Training Sites private, meaning they will not be searchable by the public.
d. Class Management: Required & Optional Class Materials – This video shows TCs and Instructors how to indicate to students when they are looking for classes what class materials are required and optional, in addition to if the materials are included in the TC’s class cost.
2. Atlas Updates Reference Guide(link opens in new window) – This guide provides screenshots of the updates to Atlas with before and after images and descriptions.
3. FAQ Document(link opens in new window) – This document answers anticipated questions about the launch of these enhancements. We will continue to add to this document as we receive input from you.
