How We’re Working with Nursing Teams to Champion At-Home CPR Training
The Heart Association is building awareness of the benefits of at-home training by collaborating with nursing teams in a no-cost program. Participation is free for hospitals. Families gain helpful guidance and easier access to training resources, for added peace of mind and emergency preparedness. An informational flyer is provided to nursing teams that’s placed in discharge paperwork packets. It outlines the value of learning infant CPR training. If patient families wish to buy an at-home training kit for ongoing practice, or to train additional family members, they have access to a discount code and link to our webpage.
