Agenda

We are a self-help group who's purpose is to empower stroke survivors, their families, caregivers and the medical professionals who take care of stroke patients.  Our stroke program is focused on prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, friendships and most importantly support. 
In coming together in an atmosphere of caring, active listening and cooperation, we will forge a new sense of community. 
The group will include music therapy, mindfulness, interesting topics, demonstrations and activities.
