Agenda

Stroke survivors and caregivers will find compassion, support and connection at our stroke support group. Participants will have the opportunity to share their stories and experiences with others who understand their journey, while learning about helpful topics such as stroke prevention, available resources and ways to improve one's lifestyle.

Notes

We host our support group the first Thursday of every month. We have a virtual and in house option. We hope you will join us!
