Join us at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls for the opportunity to speak with other stroke survivors and their loved ones, share success stories, and network with others in the community.
This in-person adult support group is led by clinicians from our Joint Commission Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Program, to provide you with opportunities to learn from others and improve your overall quality of life.

This group is open to inpatient or outpatient stroke survivors along with their family members. No insurance or payment required, as this is a free service to the community.
